As Toyota will tell you, it is much cheaper to correct a problem on the assembly line compared to the dealers service center. I can't believe they will built a US specific truck until they receive Certification from the EPA. It just seems like it would be a financial nightmare. Mahindra has not shown themselves to be concerned about meeting any time table for launch. That is why I still think the delay in applying for Certification is a significant fact.
