Hi All,
I have been reading the forum for ages (lets say since Mahindra last 3-4 "announcements")

Now that I got (kinda-sorta) pre-approved to buy a Mahindra, I thought I will start posting too.. Yes, by pre-approved I mean my wife has agreed to let me buy a M&M.. I don't know if she was joking. I guess I will figure that out when I tell her I have booked a TR40..

I am originally from the rainy state of Kerala in southern India.. Currently working in bright and sunny Seattle (yeah right).. My dad bought a Mahindra Scorpio in 2003 based on my recommendation.. Since then the SUV has put on lot of kms and has hauled a lot of farm produce (yes my dad used it like a truck too).. It has also seen months of idle time when my folks were out of the country. But it still runs like a champ.

Looking forward to seeing TR40 in a WA dealer by June '10 (isn't that the new date that's floating around?)
