Great that there is a forum already for the mahindra trucks. I used to own a mahindra 45 hp 4x4 tractor and it was a dependable workhorse on the farm.
I'm looking forward to a new small diesel truck. I am another isuzu diesel truck owner looking to update. I have an 87 isuzu 4x2 long bed with the 5 speed and love it. It's got the 2.2 non turbo diesel and gets between 30 and 36 mpg's consistently. It's showing 390k miles and still running strong. Just changed out the original alternator today.
I'm planning on getting one of the Mahindra TR20's as soon as it comes out. I saw both the TR20 and the TR40 at an Ag trade show in Georgia last september and was impressed. Looked good on the inside and out. I've always wondered why we don't have any of the awsome diesel 4x4's like in australia. I was able to take a landcruiser troopy diesel out on frazier island a few years ago. We drove it hard on the sand for three days fully loaded and only used 1/3rd of a tank.
If anyone knows of a biodiesel retail supplier in South west Georgia let me know. Thanks, and look forward to the release.
