It rides really well. Got about 17 mpg on the first two tankfulls. Then I had to stop driving it 'cause I got my knee replacement. Haven't even gotten the thing dirty yet.

The run offers a good change in altitude (Lake Superior and higher elevations inland) and good climate changes due to warmer, humid winter temps near Lake Superior and colder temperatures inland up Hwy 2.

BIgfoot wants a Hindu Surrey too. Beautiful Shepherd, BTW! Just lost our magnificent Malamute a month ago, closer in size to Babe, though. New girl is smaller, but what a sweetheart. I'm in Duluth; would love to test a TR-40 at my place up the Gunflint. If it can cut it up there, it'll do so just about anywhere!
