Register to stop seeing this ad! Could be the same problem as a rusty bumper that won't pass state inspection cause if you run over someone the rust may cut them and they will fill a law suit. These things could be dangerous cause you or someone else could snag your shirt on them as you walk by....Kinda like people bust their shins on my trailer hitch....ouch....man that hurts.......it can make you say dirty words...
