If y'all need me for any cross burnings or hangings, I'll humming the tune for Deliverance while shopping for a limited edition NASCAR ballcap.

Nothin' better than rilin' up the bolt action crowd!

First off, automatics can pull more than manuals can, and that's a proven fact.
First off - No, that's not the case you ignorant ass. If you read my previous post you would know that.

Second off, I want a manual for many reasons. More control over my vehicle, improved efficiency, fewer wearable parts, more reliable, less costly to maintain, less people will want to borrow it, cheaper initial cost, etc, etc.

But most importantly... Because that's what I enjoy driving!

Now, do us all a favor and pull what ever is stuck up your rear end out. Thanks

ClubGitmo,
I thought name calling was banned around here.
#1. When did you pull an exemption? And why would I believe anything you ever wrote?

#2. Do you have an ass big enough to back up your highly agitated and easily led on light brown grey matter? Do you have brown eyes? Do you consider the herp a once a month vacation from dating?

#3. Now, which one of you little girls were calling me a troll? Pimpslayer? Oh my... does your mom know about this name? Which scene of the movie, Idiocracy, did this name come from? Now, why don't you check out my profile, newbie, then I'll be more than happy to accept your well thought out and sincere apology.

#4. Automatics can pull more, longer, faster, and better than 1920's technology. Now, if you read what I wrote, you'll know the actual fact based upon my knowledge.

#5. Seriously, you two really do need to loosen up and learn to comprehend humor, or you'll end up being on a Break.com video.

It's people like Dick that can RUIN an internet forum. I'm sure you'll get banned sooner or later, the internet is such a great place for tough guys like you... Oh and if autos are so great, I guess that's why you'll see them in semis... Oh wait... So, this was fun while it lasted, you want an auto trans, get the auto, you want a standard, get that... Big deal, right? Keep flexing those muscles there DICK...

"I'm sure you'll get banned sooner or later"

For?
Why the constant insults, newbie? Are you really that thin skinned, and weak minded? Or is there a deeper reason, which you refuse to share due to embarrassment?
Your attacks seem to come directly from Saul Alinsky's book, Rules for Radicals.
Are you a Liberal per chance? Wait... Are you even old enough to vote?

Very nice. Hurl insults then tell use to loosen up because you were only 'kidding'. Nope, sorry, doesn't work that way Dick.

Besides, auto trannies may 'pull more, longer, and faster' (which they don't), but only untill the clutches over heat and they die.

Once again - The only reason any truck will pull more with an auto tranny is because of the force needed to get a load moving. Once moving, a manual trans will out perform your cute little auto trans all day long. Auto transmission simply are a waste of my time. Fluid and filter changes, rebuilds, transmission coolers, on and on and on. Manual trannies are much simpler... Replace the clutch at 200k miles or so and you're set for another 200kmiles. Auto transmission can easily become a nightmare...

But do keep worshipin your auto tranny. Ill toot my horn when I see you sitting on the side of the road waiting on your transmission to cool off (ya better stay out there in the flat lands huh?). Mean while Ill keep turnin and burnin.

You completely avoided my questions, but I expected that.

You don't seem to be all that thick skinned yourself as your feathers appear to be ruffled as well.

Cheers Dick.

And you completely avoided an intelligent discussion on transmisions; But I expected that. If you hadn't already hinted otherwise, I would suspect YOU to be a liberal
