Default Mahindra says it's still on schedule

I found this interesting article: Mahindra Pickup Waylaid by Lawsuit From Global Vehicles U.S.A. - WSJ.com in which Mr. Goenka states Mahindra has not slowed down in getting ready to bring the trucks to the States and that he does not think the lawsuit will slow things down.

Also, according to the article an EPA spokesperson stated that the process of submitting data was started but just not completed.

At this point, both GV and Mahindra are stating that they don't think the lawsuit will effect the release date. So, when will Mahindra complete the EPA application?!

Soooo.... maybe yes, maybe no. It depends on if the Yankees or Red Sox win the World Series this year. Our guess is as good as theirs...

Default Wall street journal

In order to get the whole article I typed in Mahindra truck into Google and read the whole thing. I did not need to subscribe.

Key phrase in article, "A spokeswoman for the EPA said in an emailed statement that Mahindra has "started the process of submitting data, but the application is not complete."" Again, that makes me think Global Vehicle is correct.

Yeah, I'm still siding with GV on this one. Where's that Pawan guy's email address?

Slow things down is quite relative. And going form Mahindra's track record... quite meaningless.

They can slow down if they want to, but their competition won't.

If they,(m&m) doesn't produce the promised trucks by the end of the year,I don't see where it's possible to come out with any credibility here for future endeavors.GV,IMHO, has been upfront and did their job as best they could with no products to sell, only the promise of said products.Maybe m&m ought to get into making soap operas?
