A "tipster" told you about the Nebraska dealerships?? I work at one of those dealerships and it is common knowledge that we will be getting the trucks (if they ever make it here) and we have had a wall full of pictures and overseas writeups about them on our showfloor since November. You didn't need a tipster, just had to ask me. :-)

Sounds like the only thing dealers have right now is a “history wall” and an empty bank account. My heart goes out to the guys trying to stick this out while Mahindra figures out what they are doing.

News reports today are confirming that Mahindra is winning or has won the Ssangyong bid, and the deal could be finalized by November. Word is that Mahindra offered enough money to completely wipe out all of Ssangyong’s debt so they are buying a company in the black.
