I bet the trucks are being made now (or soon, 4-6 weeks) and will take the 6 week trip acorss the pond to arrive in port by mid november. Just a shot in the dark but seems reasonable based on other vehciles that have to make a similar trek.
I heard from my dealer that they had the manuals and tools already so I suspect most of the training has taken place. Finally if memory serves me GV or someone said they planned to start doing small sponsorships in outdoor type arenas (fishing/hunting shows et al) |

the "spec sheet" on the Mahindra US website lists some options or at least packages. It is on the second of the two pages. You'll probably have to zoom it in 3 times to be able to read it though.
