Well, a friend e-mailed Chapman Auto in Jersey and the GM stated,

I have a Mahindra and so far I am still happy driving it. The only downside of the truck is because it is made in India, but only time can tell that it is indeed a quality one. It is actually one of the pride of Indian motor industry and hopefully will meet the American standards. Tonneau Cover
