Default When They Knew

GV stated they would be applying for Certification in January of 2010. I wonder when they decided not to apply?

Mahindra states they would have product released in March and at the same time hadn't applied to the EPA for Certification. I think they have lost all credibility.

Any product that costs thousands of dollars requires a reasonable level of trust in the manufacturer. A warrenty has limited value if the manufacturer doesn't stand behind it. Their word has to mean something.

Generally a product is released and then improved as required.

You can keep saying "Mine is bigger" but at some point you have to unzip and show it.

I get emails from the Brazilian Mahindra Forum, and this arrived today. I used the Google translation service for you benefit, and I did not fix it, so, it will "sound" a little weird, but you will get the point of this frustrated Mahindra costumer...
If you need any more details let me know:

"" WELL, IF USAGE improved in recent months, MUST BE TALKING FROM ANOTHER BRAND OF MAHINDRA AND NOT BECAUSE WERE in recent months that deal with the problems report, in addition OTHER THAN reported yet.

As the brand that is starting MARKETING, I HAVE A OPINION ABOUT WHETHER TO ESTABLISH IN THE MARKET, such as automobiles, YOU MUST BE PREPARED, WITH COMPETENCE, PLANNING AND INVESTMENT, AND IS NOT THIS WHAT I HAVE SEEN.

ABOUT THE PROBLEMS OF A BRAND NEW, SO THE HYUNDAI HAS BEEN RELEASED IN BRAZIL GET A GALLOPER and stick with it for over 8 years without QQ TYPE OF PROBLEM.

FOR PARTS FOR THE SAME GALLOPER, QDO YOU NEED parts found in imported at QQ MUCH MORE INTO ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE SEEN be practiced by AI, INCLUDING THE MAHINDRA. EG's Beacon GALLOPER QDO HAD TO CHANGE, AND IT WAS JUST A YEAR AGO, ONLY COST ME $ 300.00. JA WITH LAMPS AND WHO KNOW's Beacon GALLOPER KNOW what I mean.

WORDS AND THINK NOT SET A LOT OF THING, WHEN PR'PRIA REALITY, FACTS AND experienced by MIM in recent months, speak for themselves.

Finally, I had forgotten, the last revision I did, I had to take BLUMENAU A CAR TO DO A REVIEW, BECAUSE THERE WAS IN FLORIPA CONDITIONS TO BE HELD BY LACK OF LABOR AND PARTS.

RIO DE JANEIRO could not do PQ Concessionaire MANAGER OF THE CRAFT - RJ ME literally said last month: "WE HAVE NOT YET CONDITIONS OF THE REVIEWS MAKE MORE COMPLEX, ONLY THE REVIEWS Tighten EXCHANGE OF OIL AND WHAT CAN BE DONE." THIS IS A paradoxical MEASURE TO VERIFY THAT THERE IS NO OTHER Concessionaire MAHINDRA RJ UNLESS IT, THAT IS, WILL I HAVE TO MAKE A TRIP TO ANOTHER STATE TO CARRY OUT A SURVEY, ONE MORE TIME. AFTER THE SALE AT BETTER:: ::::: DO NOT KNOW WHERE .... DO NOT FORGET THAT I HAVE TO DO THE SURVEYS in dealerships MAHINDRA IN ORDER TO NOT LOSE THE WARRANTY OF 3 YEARS.

HUGS TO ALL
AUGUSTO CESAR FIGUEIREDO.

Basically is is frustrated that he had to drive from one dealership from one state to another to find service, and it is not garanteed. Mahindra warranty is as good as you take the truck to the dealer, or is voided ! and to it normally takes them 1 week to get the service done...
Lack of part, knowlegeble mechanics and distance between dealers has been their greatest problems, even though, they all said that all the dealers are very nice and friendly!

Hey everyone!

I sent an email to John Perez at Global Vehicles concerning the EPA Certification article at PickupTrucks.com. He responded by saying there are NO DELAYS, that we are still on for mid-spring. He invited me to call him tomorrow so that he can explain how EPA certification process works. I will keep you guys updated.

Don't give up yet! We are so close!

Andy

He's waiting for Sven to deliver that 2000 unit ship load so they can finally test a production vehicle.

Yeeaah, that's it, that's the ticket, that's how it always works. Its called just in time EPA Certification - put all your eggs in one baset and cross your fingers.

Brazil is not America. It doesn't have near the infrastructure that we do.
