Default One lightly used pickup for sale, door sticks a little . . .

that must not have been a Mahindra pickup, because with their extra thick sheet metal that tree would have just bounced off of it. Besides, Mahindra drivers might be bootleggers, but they don't do dumb things with trees.
Seriously, whoever was holding the camera must have thought something stupid was about to happen, either that or they wanted a boring movie of a tree being cut down.
